FAQ
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
All igloo reservation rental fees are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule your reservation once within 24 hours of booking, pending availability. The Winter Wonderland Igloo and Bohemian Winter Igloo require a minimum of 5 guests. If your party falls below 5 guests, a $300 food & beverage minimum will apply.
Do you offer split checks?
We do not split checks. Multiple forms of payment are welcome, but only one check will be presented to the table.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. A 25% automatic gratuity will be added to your bill.
Can we bring our own dessert?
Absolutely. Outside desserts are welcome, with a $2.50 per person dessert fee applied.
Can we bring our own wine?
Yes, guests may bring outside wine. A $25 corkage fee per bottle will apply.
How long can we stay in our Igloo or Cabin?
Each reservation has a strict 2-hour time limit to ensure timely seating for the next group.
What if we arrive late?
Late arrivals will still need to depart at the original reservation ending time.
For example, if your reservation is from 4:00–6:00 PM and you arrive at 4:30, your end time remains 6:00 PM. Time cannot be extended due to scheduled reservations following your slot.
